Magic Wand Atlanta, Inc. ("Magic Wand," "we," "us") provides short-term rental turnover and property care services in Nashville, Tennessee and Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through magicwandturnovers.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a quote request we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact method, property address and ZIP, property details (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, bed count, guest capacity), turnover operations details, service interests, requested start date, and any notes you choose to include.
• Messages you send. Questions you type into our on-site concierge chat, and any emails, calls, or texts you exchange with us.
• Technical and source data. Referring website, landing page, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) so we know how you found us, plus standard server log data.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, respond to your questions, schedule and perform turnover services, send service-related email such as a confirmation and a follow-up if we haven't heard back, improve our website and marketing, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and email

By submitting the quote form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about your request by email, phone, or text at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message; we may still send messages necessary to complete a job you have booked.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us operate: website and database hosting, transactional email delivery, and an AI assistant that helps draft replies and answer chat questions. These vendors process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Retention and security

Quote requests and related correspondence are retained for 3 years from the date of last contact, and are then deleted or anonymized. We use access-controlled, encrypted-in-transit systems, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge.
